    RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

    We would advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

    Credit/debit card details are required to secure an appointment. 24 hours notice is required for cancellations otherwise 50% charge will be made. If you do not arrive for your treatment we will have to charge the full amount.


  • TREATMENTS

    You will be required to fill in a lifestyle questionnaire prior to your treatment.

    Please note that should you arrive late for a treatment, this will result in a reduced time being available and in some cases could result in your treatment being cancelled with full charge.

    Please make us aware at time of booking should you have any health issues, medical conditions allergies or are pregnant.

    Alcohol should not be consumed before treatments. Clients need to be 16 years or over Patch test is required 72 hours prior to treatment for all tinting.
