Featuring the very best of the catch of the day, Max's Sea Grill will appeal to anyone who likes their food locally sourced, full of flavour and served in a relaxed but elegant setting.
A varied and seasonally refreshed menu, prepared by Christain Smith Wallace, (ex head chef at One Paston Place) offers whole pieces of the freshest available fish from the catch of the day, including halibut, squid, lemon sole and sea bass, which can be served char-grilled, steamed or battered. Each main course will be complemented by a choice of yummy side orders encompassing French fries, salads, new potatoes and more. Finally, a selection of delicious sauces from lime to hollandaise, mean you will be able to create dishes exactly to your own tastes.
For the non fish eaters, a small selection of meat dishes including Sussex lamb skewers will be available.
We aim to create a relaxed and unpretentious dining option for Brighton and Sussex residents, and those visiting the city from further afield. Informality with style will be the order of the day at lunchtime, while the evening will have an elegantly dressed down feel. You will also be able to sample the exciting choice of cocktails served in our cocktail bar as a pre-dinner aperitif, and can work off dinner by visiting one of our three private karaoke rooms where you can choose from over 5,000 songs.
