The Cocktail Bar at the newly refurbished Radisson Blu aims to recapture that casually elegant setting and maintain the tradition of fine wines as well as creating a contemporary ambience offering champagne cocktails, Martini's and our own cocktail menu accompanied by a mouth watering selection of bar snacks and light meals.

Recreating a sense of eclectic elegance and comfort popular in the Victorian era, the bar decor offers cosy seating areas and pays tribute to the novelists and statesmen of the time.
